By accessing this site or purchasing an XGhosting digital product, you accept these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and meet any age or eligibility requirements that apply where you live.
Products, pricing, and payment
Product descriptions, included files, compatibility information, price, and product-specific terms are presented before purchase. Prices may change before an order is placed. Payments are processed through Whop and its payment partners. A purchase is complete only after successful payment confirmation.
Electronic delivery and license
Digital products are delivered electronically using the method stated at checkout. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants one personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with XGhosting, its creator partners, or identified licensors.
Prohibited use
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, upload for third-party access, copy for multiple users, remove rights notices, or use a product in a way that infringes rights or violates law, unless the product-specific license expressly permits it.
Outcomes and third-party services
Products are informational tools and do not guarantee income, business results, audience growth, or any other outcome. Your results depend on your decisions and circumstances. Whop and other third-party services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Refunds, availability, and updates
Refund requests are governed by the XGhosting Refund Policy and applicable law. We may correct errors, update files, change availability, or discontinue an offer. Where practical, material updates for an existing purchase may be delivered through the original access method.
Liability and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XGhosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or products. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product where such a limit is lawful. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, unlawful conduct, payment fraud, or license violations.
Applicable law, changes, and severability
These terms are governed by applicable law without selecting or inventing a jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We may update these terms for future access or purchases. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
